Inria is seeking a Research Engineer for Automatic Differentiation and control, based mainly in Sophia Antipolis, France, with collaboration across several teams. You will study state-of-the-art AD methods in optimisation and control, develop and benchmark new AD approaches in Julia, and present results at conferences and in papers.

Requirements include strong scientific software development skills, proficiency with Git, and programming in Julia, C, and Fortran.

• Experience in scientific software development.
• Proficiency with collaborative tools (Git).
• Languages: Julia, C, Fortran.

Responsabilités

• Bibliographic study of state-of-the-art AD techniques in optimisation and control.
