A leading cancer research center in France is seeking a motivated research assistant to support a project focused on developing new multispecific Chimeric Antigen Receptors. We are looking for a research assistant to work on a project dedicated to the development of new multispecific Chimeric Antigen Receptor. The Nanologic project aims to develop multispecific “all-in-one” CARs by concatenating “nanobodies” (Nb), single-domain specific molecules, in order to confer conditional activation to CAR-T cells with a single receptor. We hope to develop CAR receptors that will generate CAR-T cells with greater specificity for tumor cells and a greater ability to eliminate them.
