Job summary

NUWARD, an EDF subsidiary, seeks a Front Office Requirements & Bid Governance specialist in Lyon. You will support commercial activities, coordinate RFIs/RFPs with EDF, and manage CDCF requirements across programs.

Collaborating with NUWARD teams, EDF Group entities, partner engineers, customers and regulators, you will ensure timely inputs and traceability, with frequent travel to other sites and abroad.

Qualifications

• Support commercial activities and bid management.
• Maintain CDCF requirements and traceability.
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs across NUWARD and EDF.
• Monitor program requirements and performance objectives.
• Manage product options catalog and variants.
• Conduct competitive technology intelligence on SMR designs.
• Collaborate with NUWARD teams, EDF entities, partners and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial activities, including presenting the NUWARD product to potential customers.
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs within NUWARD and with EDF, ensuring timely inputs and consolidation.
• Assist the management of the Functional Requirements Specification (CDCF): monitoring changes and maintaining traceability.
• Oversee and track compliance with Program's requirements and objectives.
• Maintain and update the catalog of product options and variants.
• Conduct technological intelligence on competitor SMR designs and positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with NUWARD teams, EDF Group entities, partner engineering organisations, customers, international bodies and nuclear safety authorities.

Job description :

You will report to the Head of Sites, Requirements & Clients Front Office.

You will take in charge supporting the Requirements & Front Office Department across commercial activities, bid management and product requirements governance.

Your mission will include:

• Supporting commercial activities, including presenting the NUWARD product to potential customers;
• Coordinating RFIs/RFPs within NUWARD and with EDF, ensuring timely, high-quality inputs and consolidation;
• Assisting the management of the Functional Requirements Specification (CDCF): monitoring changes, managing modifications and maintaining traceability;
• Overseeing and tracking compliance with Program's requirements and associated performance objectives;
• Maintaining and updating the catalogue of product options and variants (product line management);
• Conducting technological intelligence on competitor SMR designs, key technologies and positioning;
• Working cross-functionally with NUWARD teams, EDF Group entities, partner engineering organisations, potential customers, international bodies and nuclear safety authorities.

Location :

Job based in Lyon with frequent trips to other NUWARD sites and abroad.
