Job summary

Corsica Sole offers an apprenticeship within the Corporate/Insurance team of the Legal Department, where you will be mentored by two experienced legal counsels. You will gain hands-on experience in insurance management for renewable energy projects within our group.

You will learn to assist with policy placement, tailor insurance programs, monitor policies, and handle claims while performing regulatory monitoring.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a qualification ranging from a two-year post-secondary degree to a Master’s degree in Insurance or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and proactivity, with a willingness to learn, understand, and contribute actively.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical and synthesis skills to review technical and legal documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the placement of insurance policies related to renewable energy projects.
• Contributing to tailored insurance programs adapted to each project.
• Supporting management and monitoring of policies and reviewing insurance provisions in contracts.
• Assisting in claims management, including notifications and follow-up of property damage and business interruption claims.
• Conducting regulatory and industry monitoring related to insurance matters.
