You will review formatting, comments, tracked changes and version handling across substantial documents, and create or assess forms and templates while extracting information and checking advanced PDF behavior where relevant.

Applicants should have at least three years of intensive Word/PDF work and a related master’s, PhD or JD, with experience in Fortune 500 or similarly regulated

• At least three years of intensive Word/PDF work and a related master's, PhD or JD.
• Advanced formatting, tracked changes, review and markup, with experience delivering in Fortune 500 or similarly complex/regulated settings and handling sensitive material appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Review formatting, comments, tracked changes and version handling across substantial documents.
• Create or assess forms and templates, extract and consolidate information, and check advanced PDF behavior where relevant.
• Evaluate regulated or standards-sensitive document workflows and provide practical guidance on reliable handling without exposing confidential material.
