Triwill Group partners with a crypto-native company to recruit a Web3 Product Manager based in France for a fully remote, senior role. You will own discovery, strategy, planning and end-to-end delivery across crypto payments, e-commerce and blockchain experiences.

Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years in product management, strong payments/e-commerce background, and hands-on Web3 exposure, with a track record of turning user insights into practical products.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product management, ideally payments/e-commerce/fintech.
• Proven ability to ship user-facing products from discovery to delivery.
• Strong understanding of crypto/web3 contexts and checkout experiences.

Responsabilités

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization and delivery for crypto-native, user-facing products.
• Conduct user research with crypto users to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate user and business needs into clear specs, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog and work with engineering and design to ship end-to-end.
• Make informed decisions on networks, wallets, and protocols based on data and reality.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
• Represent the product to the crypto ecosystem through communities and events.
• Measure performance and iterate based on adoption, retention, and revenue.
