Triwill Group is seeking a UI/UX Director in France to lead a multidisciplinary design team and elevate the quality of sophisticated web and e-commerce experiences.

You will bridge creative vision with front-end execution, shaping design systems, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first approaches, and data-informed decisions, while participating in client strategy, proposals, and new business pitches in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Executive-level UI/UX leadership experience.
• Strong design systems and accessibility expertise.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and client-facing work.
