Hammer & Steel Global, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for a remote role covering state regions in the United States. The position targets the construction and deep foundations market with a strong emphasis on technical sales and relationship building.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in heavy construction, and holds a relevant bachelor’s degree. Travel and international credentials may be required to support multi-region opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of technical sales experience, preferably in heavy construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geotech, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Ability to travel and obtain a passport for international travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory sales and manage equipment opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and generate leads.
• Create equipment proposals and quotes aligned to project needs.
• Coordinate with operations, parts, and service teams for orders.
