Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Analyst based in France to shape product decisions via rigorous data analysis, experimentation, and research. You will own the product metrics framework, ensure consistent definitions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product and leadership to improve data quality and experimentation practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data (MS SQL, Python, Excel).
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments (A/B tests).
• Ability to translate data into actionable product insights and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify requirements for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams.
• Analyze metric fluctuations, anomalies and bottlenecks to uncover opportunities.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with proper sample size and significance.
