ixolabs.ai seeks engineers to create engineering scenarios using the right software, data and reasoning to reach defensible results. You validate model outputs against design constraints and ensure workflow quality.

You will document approaches and provide precise feedback linking software behavior to engineering judgments, with remote assignments available and flexible scheduling; typical tracks may last up to six months.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computing or related engineering and four or more years shipping production software or engineered systems.
Senior-level progression and real design ownership in a specialty such as distributed backends, cryptography/security, firmware, ML infrastructure, developer platforms or test engineering.
Use language models in professional technical work and judge their reasoning critically.

Responsabilités

Develop engineering scenarios that require the appropriate software, data and reasoning to reach a defensible result.
Check model outputs for correctness, workflow quality and consistency with physical or design constraints.
Document reference approaches and precise feedback that connects software behavior to the underlying engineering judgment.
