Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
