Qualifications

• Practical professional experience creating, editing, or updating business presentations using PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of corporate presentation standards, layouts, templates, formatting, charts, and consistency.
• Excellent written English with ability to give clear instructions.

Responsabilités

• Develop PowerPoint tasks from real-world corporate scenarios (business reviews, updates, reporting, internal comms).
• Define specific presentation outcomes: editing slides, templates, or updating with new information.
• Provide source materials and ensure materials are authorized for use.
• Create objective evaluation criteria so reviewers can assess completed presentations.
• Review presentations for completeness, accuracy, formatting, layout, and consistency with sources.
• Ensure high quality of text, charts, tables, slide structure and visuals.
• Produce and assess editable outputs that meet task requirements.
• Revise submissions based on reviewer feedback and improvements.
• Write prompts, evaluation criteria, and inputs clearly and authoritatively.
• Protect confidential information by using only authorized materials.
• Contributors with review experience may assist in evaluating others’ work.
• Be available and communicate clearly throughout engagement.
• Experience reviewing professional presentations is advantageous.
• Be prepared to share background, PowerPoint experience, start date, and weekly availability.
• Selection includes submitting a task proposal and participating in a review process.
