Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Payment Analyst based in France to join a growing Payment Operations team. You will investigate payment funnel performance across multiple PSPs, turning complex data into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud teams.

You will build dashboards, alerts, and reporting capabilities from scratch, working in a fast-moving environment that values practical problem-solving and proof-of-concept work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of payment funnels and operations (interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud).
• Experience in root-cause analysis of funnel drops, declines, or performance issues.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own diagnostic health of checkout and payment funnel, alerting on anomalies.
• Lead root-cause investigations of funnel drop-offs and declines.
• Analyze authorization rates, declines, and bottlenecks to improve conversion.
• Compare performance across multiple PSPs and identify issues.
• Support funnel reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
