You will work on training and coordinating AI agents, implementing multi-step workflows, and delivering production-grade software components. Prior experience in backend engineering or AI automation is valued, with clear, high-density technical feedback

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration experience.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience operating in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide precise feedback on behavior.

Responsabilités

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces in production-like environments.
• Stress test agents under real-world scenarios.
