IXO Inc. seeks a flexible, remote research collaborator to author and validate research-grade ML benchmarks. You will design realistic tasks, reference solutions and grading rubrics, and assess whether benchmarks truly measure the intended capabilities.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hands-on ML research, a first-author ML paper, and are pursuing or have completed a master’s/doctoral degree in a quantitative field. Remote work is available with 5–40 hours weekly commitment.

Formación

• At least one year of hands-on ML research; no upper experience limit.
• At least one first-author ML paper or closely related work.
• Completed or ongoing master’s/doctoral study in a quantitative subject.

Responsabilidades

• Build realistic research tasks, reference solutions and grading rubrics.
• Validate benchmarks measure intended capability and discriminate between correct and weak approaches.
• Contribute depth in areas such as language models, deep learning, RL, vision/generation, robotics, efficient systems, optimization/theory, time series, causal reasoning, trustworthy learning or AI for science.
