ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced remote IXO expert to create and review mental-health cases focused on military personnel and veterans. You will assess diagnostic and therapeutic reasoning, trauma context, and culturally appropriate communication, then explain corrections grounded in direct experience with this population.

Preferred backgrounds include psychiatry residency or psychology PhD, with direct care of service members or veterans and knowledge of PTSD, TBI and adjustment disorders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PTSD, trauma, TBI, adjustment disorders and related presentations.
• Direct care experience with service members or veterans preferred.
• Clinical-content or assessment development and clear communication valued.
