Delta Lektorat, Switzerland's leading platform for academic editing, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence worldwide. You will develop social media strategies, create posts, and produce animated videos for social media and our website.

The role requires strong English, with German as a plus, and experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote, permanent, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of video creation and editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging content.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
• Affinity for texts and academic communication.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, and performance marketing.
• Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media posts (text, image, video).
• Produce animated videos for social media and website marketing.
• Manage community engagement and interact with the target audience.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Create and optimize landing pages and develop creative marketing campaigns.
• Build and position the Delta Lektorat brand in the academic sector.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to strengthen the brand.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities.
