Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Manager Market Access & Customer Analytics to develop and execute health economic value creation and demonstration strategies in support of sales, marketing, and hospital customers.

The role focuses on demonstrating clinical/economic value of Intuitive technologies to hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons, with regular VOC feedback to inform product strategy. Travel up to 50% is required, and the position is remote with onsite requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital/Healthcare Economics with 6+ years’ experience.
• Experience in health economics, market access, and hospital stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of the French system.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, economic, and analytical insights to support a Sales approach with c-suite relationships.
• Translate data from economic analyses into strategic recommendations to improve/expand da Vinci programs.
• Identify data sources including national/regional hospital claims and big-data analyses.
• Lead quantitative impact analyses and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Market Access.
• Design and deliver training on QTI and analytics tools for the sales force.
• Develop health-economic market assessments identifying stakeholders, barriers, trends, and messaging.
• Support reimbursement strategy developed with GAVE and French leadership; disseminate evidence to key decision makers.
