Publicis Luxe is seeking a talented Brand Content Designer / Native English Copywriter to join our Digital Design Studio. You will craft engaging, conversion-focused copy across the luxury digital ecosystem, elevating customer experience from awareness to advocacy.

You will translate brand positioning into compelling narratives for luxury beauty and fragrance brands, ensuring consistency across touchpoints while driving engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong background in digital copywriting, content creation, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to develop content across multiple digital channels and customer touchpoints.
• Experience crafting both brand-building and performance-driven content.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and customer-centric communication.
• Ability to create and adapt content across the full customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
• Experience working with luxury, beauty, fashion, fragrance, or other premium brands.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand codes and consumer expectations.
• Experience working on international or global brands is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer engagement programs, and loyalty initiatives.
• Good understanding of social media ecosystems, eCommerce, and eRetail best practices.
• Experience mentoring junior team members, interns, or content contributors.

Responsabilités

• Content Strategy & Concept Development: Develop content concepts and editorial approaches for digital campaigns and customer experiences.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling digital narratives.
• Contribute to customer engagement initiatives across acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, UX experts, creatives, and project teams to shape integrated content experiences.
• Digital Content Creation: Create and adapt content across multiple digital touchpoints, including brand websites, eCommerce platforms, eRetail environments, CRM programs, email campaigns, loyalty programs, social media activations, landing pages, and PDPs.
• CRM & Commercial Animation: Design and write CRM journeys and lifecycle communications; develop promotional and loyalty content.
• Digital Kits & Content Production: Produce content for toolkits and global asset packages; ensure quality and localization needs.
• Content Optimization: Write clear, catchy, user-friendly, and conversion-focused copy; apply best practices; contribute to SEO and GEO initiatives; align with customer intent.
