Outlier is seeking freelance OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape autonomous agents from anywhere. Earn up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and performance incentives. You can work 5–10 hours per week or more, enjoying flexible scheduling and access to AI tools.

We welcome experienced developers who can design, implement, and test multi-turn agent workflows in live environments, collaborating with AI teams to improve LLM-driven systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
