Bending Spoons is hiring for a data-focused role that emphasizes building, validating, and scaling data pipelines to support fast-moving product teams. You’ll contribute to internal data products, tooling, and analytics that drive business decisions and performance across a growing tech stack.

The role involves applying AI to accelerate work, uncover insights, and study market trends, while collaborating with engineers and product teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and improve data pipelines. Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability. Work closely with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and improve reporting and analytics systems.
• Develop internal data products and tooling. Build scalable solutions (e.g., reporting engines, forecasting tools) used by product teams across the company.
• Support platform-wide decision-making. Partner with multiple teams to provide the analytical and modeling backbone for business planning and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work and uncover insights. Use AI tools to move faster, surface ideas and opportunities, and study competing products and trends.
