Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Global Patient and Site Engagement Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) to join our team in France in a remote capacity. You will advance oncology clinical research by driving site engagement, strengthening investigator relationships, and enhancing patient experience across trials.

You will collaborate with key opinion leaders, physicians, and cross-functional teams to improve trial performance, support patient recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) with oncology experience or related license with Master’s required.
• 2+ years as Medical Science Liaison or similar oncology/clinical role preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in oncology trials.
• Lead site and patient engagement initiatives to improve trial performance and patient experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set study objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop territory plans aligned with site engagement strategies.
• Share insights from sites with study teams and regulatory stakeholders.
