ixolabs.ai is seeking a senior legal evaluator to translate complex decisions into rigorous evaluation problems and to craft reference analyses with clear grading criteria.

You will review model responses for legal and strategic judgment and explain the consequences of missing facts, weak reasoning or unsupported conclusions. The role requires a JD and active US bar membership, with at least five years of substantive practice, and remote, paid expert work with flexible briefing.

Qualifications

• JD and active US bar in good standing, with at least five post-qualification years.
• Experience owning senior matters as partner, counsel, senior associate, senior in-house lawyer or general counsel.
• Experience using large language models in professional work.
