ixolabs.ai is engaging US-based fund-accounting and investment-operations professionals for paid exercises built from mock ledgers, statements and notices. Each assignment is self-contained and yields an auditable work product assessed against defined criteria.

The role covers NAV calculations, reconciliations and corporate actions, with a practical assessment and an hourly rate in USD. Remote work is available, with about 15 hours per week, and IXO confirms scope and duration before starting.

Qualifications

• At least three years in fund administration or investment operations.
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation, NAV, trade breaks, corporate actions or payment/settlement exceptions.
• Strong Excel skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile a ledger to custodian or bank records and identify remaining differences.
• Attribute NAV movements to drivers and document variance commentary.
• Investigate trade differences between two systems and propose corrections.
• Interpret corporate-action notices and calculate entitlements for accounts.
• Decide whether payment or transfer exceptions require repair, return or escalation with evidence.
• Normalize inconsistent merchant or vendor descriptions by matching to canonical entries.
