TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior QA Rater to join an elite team. You will evaluate search results and AI outputs, provide ratings, and contribute to model quality and product improvements in a flexible remote role.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent French and English communication, and the ability to work independently following guidelines. You’ll participate in training, calibrations, and quality reviews while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Freelancer working status with fluent French and English.
• Resident of France for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience using web browsers, search engines, and online research tools.
• Daily broadband, smartphone, and PC access.
• Ability to work independently following guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate search results and AI content for quality and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support decisions.
• Apply guidelines consistently and document edge cases.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings.
