Crossing Hurdles is seeking lightweight AI-voice evaluators to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow scenarios, and rate responses for quality and accuracy.

Applicants should have standard French fluency and fluent or advanced English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection. This role offers 10–40 hours per week on a remote basis.

Qualifications

• Standard level fluency in French.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Experience with AI-related tasks such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data evaluation, quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI voice interactions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
• Support the improvement of French language AI systems through voice-based AI evaluation.
• Maintain high-quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
