Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and a track record of building modular, production-grade software for live environments. You will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test agents while collaborating with teams to design, coordinate, and optimize complex AI workflows.

Formación

• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience delivering in live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn interactions.
