L'Oréal Groupe is seeking a Master’s student to join the Financial Controlling team as an internship. You will contribute to performance analysis, dashboards, and financial reporting while supporting budget and forecast processes in a dynamic, international setting.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, knowledge of IFRS, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); SAP experience is a plus. This role blends finance, analytics, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Master's student in Corporate Finance/Management Control seeking gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• Fluent in English and/or French.
• Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IFRS, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and analyze financial dashboards (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) and support monthly/annual closings.
• Assist in budget and forecast processes, perform variance analyses and propose adjustments.
• Support strategic projects: profitability studies, business cases, or investment analyses.
• Improve financial processes and tools; contribute to ERP/systems improvements (SAP, BI).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT to provide financial analyses and recommendations.
