Tomorrow University is seeking a Finance professional to own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, manage invoicing and revenue recognition, and oversee cash management. You will support FP&A, automate processes, and contribute to fundraising data rooms, reporting and governance.

The role requires 3–6 years in finance, fluency in English and German, and experience with DATEV/Sevdesk, Stripe, and AI tools. This remote position offers CET hours and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field with grounding in German HGB.
• Hands‑on experience with financial closes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and forecasting.
• Fluency with accounting software (DATEV, Sevdesk), spend management tools, and Stripe.
• Professional fluency in English and German.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating processes in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles including bookkeeping, AR/AP, intercompany bookings, bank reconciliations and reporting packs.
• Manage invoicing, dunning, Stripe reconciliations, and revenue recognition processes.
