We are seeking three serious minded no-nonsence organised Executive Assistants (Remote) to support the smooth running of our Arts, Literary & Music community. This is a light-touch, evening-based role, ideal for someone with a day job who is looking for a professional, flexible additional income. Due to Time-zone restrictions we will only consider applicants from UK and Europe and U.S.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting weekly facts and statistics.
• Managing calls and client interviews.
• Moderating and supporting podcasts.
• Monitoring live tutorials or training sessions and providing light feedback.
• Sending staff emails, messages, and reminders.

• Comfortable presenting and engaging with others.
• Organised, reliable, and professional.
• Available for evening sessions.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday and Friday, 5:00–9:00 p.m. (4 hours per day).
• Start date: 26 October.
• Pay during initial four-month probation: £13.00 per hour.
• From February 2027, the role moves to full-time at £45.00 per hour.

Because podcasts take place in the evening, this role is designed outside normal working hours. During the initial probation period, candidates will need to maintain a day job alongside this position. This is an easy-entry, low-pressure opportunity to join a growing cultural platform, with a clear path to full-time work.
