Job summary

Odixcity Consulting seeks a Document Analyst to review and verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and regulatory compliance. You will identify fraud indicators, validate data, and support ML teams by flagging errors and contributing to gold-standard datasets.

The role requires experience with identity and financial documents, OCR tools, and privacy regulations, working on diverse global documents in a fintech/legal tech context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Document Analysis, Identity verification, KYC/AML Operations, or Data Extraction in fintech/legal/AI sectors.
• Deep knowledge of identity documents and financial/legal documents.
• Ability to identify sophisticated document fraud and manipulation indicators.
• Experience with document verification tools, OCR software, or annotation platforms.
• Familiarity with JSON/XML/CSV for structured data output and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data from documents (IDs, proofs, contracts, financial forms) for accuracy and completeness.
• Detect sophisticated document fraud, including forged IDs and counterfeit documents.
• Handle edge cases for damaged or non-standard documents across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Policy and Product teams to refine annotation guidelines for global documents.
• Provide feedback to ML engineers on model performance and data quality.
• Perform quality checks on annotations and verifications to ensure high IAA and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure processing workflows comply with KYC, AML, GDPR, and eIDAS requirements.
• Identify workflow streamlining opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints without compromising security.
