Lever, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Domain Architect in France to shape enterprise security strategies across cloud, infra, identity, and data environments.

You will define current-state and target-state architectures, establish standards, controls, and multi-year roadmaps, engaging with senior stakeholders. The role centers on Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation, Zero Trust, data protection, ADRs/ARBs, and risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Security Architect or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Experience designing Azure Security Architecture and Azure-native controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and security architecture.
• CISSP, CISM, Azure security or similar certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, evaluate, and maintain enterprise security architectures across cloud, infra, identity, and data.
• Define current-state and target-state architectures with standards and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead security governance, controls, ADR/ARB documentation, and architecture reviews.
• Guide Azure security implementations, Defender technologies, and cloud governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure solutions.
• Assess risks, gaps, and propose architectural mitigations.
