IXO is seeking specialists to evaluate mathematical coding tasks with rigorous, testable reasoning. You will develop computational mathematics problems, verify reference implementations, and document criteria and edge cases to enable fair assessment.

Remote assignments are possible with flexible scheduling, typically around 20–40 hours per week depending on track. Applicants should have a PhD in mathematics or related field, strong programming in Python or R, and experience with Git/GitHub and

Qualifications

• PhD in mathematics, applied/computational math or related field.
• Depth in at least two of computational finance, numerical linear algebra, computational mechanics.
• Scientific programming in Python or R; use GitHub and Docker for reproducible work.

Responsabilités

• Develop a computational mathematics problem with a well-defined objective, inputs and reproducible environment.
• Verify the reference implementation against the mathematical argument and numerical checks.
• Document evaluation criteria, assumptions and edge cases for fair assessment.
