IQVIA is seeking a Local Clinical Study Manager for home-based work in France, based in Paris. You will oversee operational and scientific aspects of assigned clinical trials at the local level, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, high-quality data delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical research with PM experience, strong ICH GCP knowledge, and oncology/hematology expertise. Fluent in English and French; remote working in France is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life science.
• At least 5 years in clinical research with a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Experience in oncology or hematology is required.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plans and leads day-to-day activities for monitoring a complex clinical study and provides updates to the clinical team.
• Owns study commitments within the country and ensures timely data delivery to required quality.
• Provides project oversight and leadership for Clinical Deliverables across teams.
• Leads and supports local start-up staff, regulatory affairs staff, and in-house clinical staff to activate trial sites.
• Monitors quality of clinical activities and addresses quality issues with the appropriate team member.
• Reviews and approves site visit reports and tracks follow-up on site issues.
• Identifies data-related issues and risks, and develops contingency and mitigation plans.
• Creates and maintains project-specific plans, documents, and tools for the clinical team.
• Supports CRAs with monitoring activities and site issue solutions.
• Oversees regulatory and in-house staff to ensure timely updates and end-of-study notifications.
