Job summary

Precision for Medicine, part of Precision Medicine Group, is recruiting Clinical Research Associate I/II for a remote-based role in France with site visits for monitoring. Based in Paris or the Paris area, the position offers growth within a team that values voice, impact, and collaboration.

You will monitor clinical studies, ensure protocol compliance, and coordinate site activities, including regulatory submissions and initiation visits.

Qualifications

• Life science degree and / or equivalent experience.
• 1 year or more as a CRA in either a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry or equivalent, relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may be up to 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required for some senior level positions).
• Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries the local language of country where position based.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure they are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate activities required to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators; assist with regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
• Support from direct line management and contribute to risk mitigation and study quality.
