Turing is offering a remote contract for PhDs in Biology to help fine-tune large language models by applying biology knowledge. You will design problems, assess AI reasoning, and collaborate with researchers to build better benchmarks across biology topics.

The role requires a PhD in biology or related fields, strong problem-solving, and clear written communication. No AI experience is required, and up to 40 hours per week may be available.

Qualifications

• PhD (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required
