Job summary

Jobgether invites biology professionals to join a freelance project that tests AI systems with advanced biology questions and realistic lab scenarios. You will challenge models, assess scientific validity, and identify reasoning gaps across disciplines to improve prompt design and evaluation methods.

The role is remote, contract-based, and paid hourly ($8–$65 per hour). A PhD in biology and strong analytical skills are preferred, with independent work setup and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• PhD in biology or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge across core biology disciplines.
• Experience in scientific research or wet-lab work is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Test AI models using biology questions and realistic lab scenarios.
• Evaluate responses across biology disciplines (cell, molecular, genetics, etc.).
• Assess reasoning quality, detect factual errors and gaps in logic.
• Document reproducible error traces and explain inaccuracies.
• Suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation methods.
• Communicate reasoning with evidence and assumptions.
