Outlier is seeking freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape the future of autonomous agents. Work remotely with flexible hours, earning up to $50 USD/hr plus incentives. Most tasks require 5-10 hours weekly, with potential for more on project needs.

You will help design, coordinate, and optimize complex, live-system workflows, and provide clear technical feedback. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and experience building production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
