Qualifications

• Experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to give clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviours.
• Experience with multi-stage coordination tasks where data acquisition leads to reasoned output.
• Experience integrating agents with live tools like Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs.
• Familiarity with persistent state and session discovery using MEMORY.md to track progress.
• Ability to identify subtle failures like privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injections.
