Job summary

The Ai Training Company seeks experienced art directors, visual designers, photographers, illustrators, and curators to contribute to a remote AI project focused on evaluating and selecting high-quality visual content. You will review curated image collections, assess aesthetic and technical quality, identify outstanding work, and explain your selections with clear feedback.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional or academic experience in art direction, visual design, photography, illustration, curation, or a closely related creative field.
• Strong visual taste and ability to evaluate composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
• Portfolio or track record demonstrating strong visual work and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to compare images and make consistent quality decisions.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly explain visual critiques.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow evolving evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable reviewing large volumes of visual content while maintaining consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review curated collections of aesthetic images and evaluate overall visual quality and creative value.
• Select images that demonstrate exceptional composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
• Identify weak, generic, repetitive, poorly executed, or visually unconvincing content.
• Assess visual hierarchy, balance, framing, perspective, texture, contrast, mood, and overall visual impact.
• Compare multiple images and determine which examples demonstrate stronger artistic direction or execution.
• Document the reasoning behind selections and critiques using clear written feedback.
• Collaborate with project trainers and other visual specialists to align on quality standards.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across different visual styles, genres, and formats.
• Adapt to evolving aesthetic criteria and project requirements.
• Help create visually diverse and high-quality datasets that reflect strong aesthetic judgment.
