You will review AI outputs, develop evaluation frameworks, and work closely with product and research teams to refine data and guidelines for AI-driven contract review solutions. The role emphasizes meticulous legal analysis, clear communication, and rapid collaboration in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating technology contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovating at the intersection of law and technology.
