Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic, and reporting.
• Experience in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex behavior.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
