Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to help shape autonomous agents. You will work remotely on a freelance basis, collaborating with a team to design, test, and improve multi-step agent workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, with a track record of delivering production-grade software and clear, high-density feedback on system behaviors.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with strong ability to provide technical feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Write eval rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces and stress test agents.
• Collaborate on designing orchestration workflows for multi-step tasks.
