Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with a track record of production-grade software using modular service design and live-environment testing. You will write eval rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test evolving AI systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
