Most work is flexible with 5-10 hours per week typical, and can scale with project needs. You’ll collaborate on shaping AI agent orchestration, debugging traces, and evaluating rubrics for multi-turn interactions, delivering production-grade results in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience coordinating multi-stage tasks and integrating with live tools.
