Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contributors for a freelance, remote role. Earn up to $50 USD/hr, with flexible scheduling and multiple payout options.

You’ll work on shaping autonomous agents, building production-grade software, and providing high-quality feedback on complex system behaviors. The role involves writing evaluation rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress testing agents, with opportunities to earn incentives and access additional AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
