You’ll join a team that collaborates with leading AI organizations to train LLMs for proactive, multi-step agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and a track record of building modular, production-grade software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration.
• Modular software with distinct services for data parsing, logic, and reporting.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integration.
