Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integration.
