You will help design, test, and improve multi-step agent workflows in real-world environments. Ideal candidates have backend engineering or AI automation experience, can produce production-grade code, and work effectively with live tools like Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating agents with live tools.
