RAAD is seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator to manage daily UAV capture schedules across France and Southern Europe. You will coordinate pilots, weather, and client deadlines, while handling EASA Open/Specific category approvals and DGAC authorizations.

Fluency in French and English is essential, with 3+ years in UAV operations or aviation coordination. The role is remote-first, supporting a fast-growing European market and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UAV operations, aviation coordination, or industrial field-operations scheduling.
• Solid knowledge of the EASA UAS regulatory framework and DGAC processes; specific-category authorizations are a plus.
• Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily capture schedules across France and Southern Europe (pilots, weather, deadlines).
• Coordinate regulatory approvals under EASA Open/Specific categories and DGAC processes.
• Arrange operations near sensitive infrastructure with strict airspace rules.
• Support energy and oil&gas clients with HSÉ inductions, permits, and scheduling.
• Grow and support the regional pilot network.
